What do we Expect of you

Cancellation

Timely cancelling must be reported the day before at 12 am.

Then we have the opportunity to occupy the time again. Late or repeatedly cancelling will be considered as a no-show.

No-show

Late announced cancelling and no-show give us the right to a fee according to the agreement with the health insurance.

Terms of payment

According to the agreement between the Danish Regions and the Danish Dental Association, our prices are based on cash payment.

Through cooperation between dinTANDLÆGE and SparXpress, we are able to offer you financing of your dental treatment over a longer periode.
